Melia Ibirapuera Hotel - Sao Paulo

the restaurant was good for dinner here, i had hot dishes. there were an electronic key card, a work desk, and television. the location was great and convenient, near bars and restaurants.

An electronic key card, cable channels, and a writing table were available in my double room. There was lots of good options for vegetarian breakfast. The setting was particularly good, short walk to restaurants

I liked the location near airport, front staff good

Way over priced for what you receive , they gym is a waste of time. They need better equiptment , felt like a home gym. And Internet not good signal

Location is very good for Sao Paulo

It was very close to some cool shopping and restaurants.

The room was meant to be a non smoking room but it smelt of smoke

Appreciated the a double room in their furniture, felt like we were home. Location: the hotel was near Ibirapuera park and other atractions, and the "noble " areas of Sao Paulo.

The area was not so good.

Key card issues causing frequent disruptions!!! Security should be improved, as my room was assigned to another guest at night!!! The pool temperature was uninviting!!!

smoky rooms, service was not that good - hotel was almost full we tried to check in by noon and asked non smoking room - They did not have and asked to check in later - By 4pm we returned they did not have a room. They finally found a non smoking room but it also smell smoke. We gave up and asked to cancel the stay. We moved to another hotel.

first they said the parking is included and after they say not, but they respect and i have not to pay for that.

Let me break it down for you

The location was ideal, with access to fantastic restaurants and easy transport. The breakfast was hearty, and the room was spacious and comfortable. An improvement point would be the restaurant prices . They felt a bit steep. Friendly staff was nice.

The location as well as the service of the staff! Excellent, big room!

WIFI was not working in my room for 1 week! Bar needs a bit of upgrading, very basic and not attractive. Coffee was not nice in the breakfast area.

everything is difficult, including poorly trained staff, feels like be back on time to the 70's! 3times the room was changed because was not clean, bad maintenance. Annoying WiFi faults. Parking service is rude and over-priced comparing with other in the region. Even a phone call was complicated. We left/checkout 3days earlier to go to another Hotel nearby and we regret not having made that decision before :(

Great breakfast and easy access to restaurants. Wi-fi was inconsistent .

Tv was good.

Elevators were very slow (1 of 3 was broken) and very small. Wired Internet did not work. Wireless Internet kept cutting out and was cumbersome to sign on again. Checkout had long lines. Room was just ok.
